Trevor Morgan Doyle

Co-Founder + Producer

A former archaeologist, Trevor Doyle began his producing career while on a one-year hiatus from The Finnish National Board Of Antiquities, where he wrote, produced, and directed a documentary about Finnish Winter War evacuees called "In The Shadow of Pallas," All this while working as a reindeer herder on the Norwegian border of Lapland.

Mr. Doyle is perhaps best known for producing Mongolia's 2019 entry to the Oscars and Golden Globes, "The Steed." However, he cut his teeth, producing Finland's first superhero film, "Rendel: Dark Vengeance". Both a commercial success and multi-award-winning festival darling, achieving great international notoriety at the Cannes Film Festival and Feratum Film Fest in Mexico City, where it won best action feature.

Trevor's twist-heavy Mongolian horror/thriller "Aberrance" premiered with great excitement at the festival giant South By Southwest in the prestigious Midnighters section in 2023.

Trevor worked as the technical director for The Spanish-speaking TV show "En Familia," covering issues for migrants in the US, and training migrant women on all forms of production work.

Producing and consulting on an eclectic array of films in Australia, Kazakhstan, Finland, Mongolia, Sweden, India, Japan, Turkey, and The U.S.A., He continues to develop projects globally.

Trevor rose through the ranks and learned by doing, working as a cameraman, grip and electric, editing, line producing, doing sound, casting, locations, writing, and DIT.

Other feature films of note from his career are Sergei Bodrov's "Mongol: The Rise of Genghis Khan" starring Tadanobu Asano, DJ Caruso's "Disturbia" starring Shia LaBeouf, and Deborah Kampmeier's "Hound Dog," starring David Morse and Dakota Fanning.

Trevor, a disabled U.S. Army combat veteran, is a native of Southern California and was educated in Los Angeles, New York City, Massachusetts, Idaho, Oregon, and Finland.

Alexa Khan

Co-Founder + Producer

Alexa Khan (Dulguun Batjargal) is an accomplished producer and actress. With a string of prestigious awards to her name, Khan has garnered recognition for her exceptional work as a producer on projects like the epic film "The Steed," Mongolia's 2019 entry to the Oscars and Golden Globes, the enthralling thriller "Aberrance," the official selection at South By Southwest and the gripping war series "Wolf Warriors," among others.

Hailing from Mongolia, Khan's passion for the performing arts was nurtured from a young age. Growing up, she showcased her talents as an actress, dancer and even achieved gold medals in aerobics competitions. Khan received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance, Real Estate, and Law. Upon graduating, she wasted no time in embarking on successful careers with prestigious wealth management firms such as UBS Financial Services and Merrill Lynch.

Khan's unwavering work ethic, passion, and indomitable courage have been instrumental in her rapid attainment of personal and professional milestones. Not only has she mastered the complexities of finance, but she has also nurtured her deep love for the world of film and theater. Balancing her financial pursuits with her artistic endeavors, Khan has graced theater productions, short films, commercials, and music videos with her undeniable talent.

Currently, Khan serves as a valued member of the Board for the Chinese Chamber of Commerce in Los Angeles and a selected Next Generation leader in a prominent Committee of 100, founded by Nobel Peace Prize winner and former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger. She enjoys her free time traveling and spending time with family, and being a mother to three of her children.

Erdenebileg Ganbold (Ebi)

Producer + Director

Ebii (Erdenebileg Ganbold) is a multi-award-winning director, actor, and producer of Film television, commercials, and stage. 

Mr. Ganbold received the "Honored Actor" medal, the highest honor awarded by the Mongolian government for performers, a rare and coveted prize in his native land, presented by the President of Mongolia. 

Erdenebileg has been performing with the Mongolian National Theater since he graduated from the Mongolian State University of Art and Culture in 1999 with a degree in Acting and Directing.

 Ebi has starred in over twenty films, including incredibly popular features such as The period film "Anu Queen" the action-packed "Trapped Abroad 1&2", the Sultry "First Love" the epic "Steed" the family-affirming "Father" and the courtroom action drama "Reparation." 

Mr. Ganbold has produced many films that broke Mongolian box office records, and he is the winner of three Mongolian Academy Awards: Best Director and Best Picture for Father, and Best Producer for Trapped Abroad 2.

 His international directorial debut, "The Steed," was selected as the official film for Mongolia at the 2019 Oscars. 

More recently, Ebi put his hand into world-building writing, producing, directing, and starring in the fantasy epic Wolf Warriors, a first-of-its-kind TV series sensation in Mongolia.

Currently, Mr. Ganbold is starring in the Epic Dance Musical "The Mongol Khan." This eponymous part is hailed as a groundbreaking performance and another first, as it will make its world premiere in London this year before it begins its triumphant world tour as the first Mongolian play ever to be produced outside of Mongolia.

  • Fred Caruso

    Producer

    Fred Caruso is a seasoned and well respected professional in film production. Mr. Caruso produced “Blue Velvet” for David Lynch, “The Rat Pack" for HBO, which was nominated for eleven Emmy Awards, “Bonfire Of The Vanities” for Brian DePalma, and “Year Of The Dragon” for Dino De Laurentiis. He has worked on such films as; “Godfather 1”, “Network”, “Once Upon A Time In America” and “The Presidio” starring Sean Connery. Mr. Caruso has worked with the following directors; Elia Kazan, John Cassavettes, Francis Coppola, Sidney Lumet, Sergio Leone and Tony Scott.

    Mr. Caruso is a graduate from NYU with a degree in music education. As department chairman for the arts in the public school systems in New Jersey, Caruso had developed the music, acting, writing, and performing talents of thousands of students.

  • Howard Tanyu

    Executive Producer

    Howard Tanyu is an executive producer at Three Flames Pictures. Tanyu is a seasoned entrepreneur who works with cutting edge companies and creates strategic partnerships across many industries. Tanyu is also in charge of product placement and integration for our slate of films. He has produced films such as “The Steed”, which was selected to represent Mongolia in the Oscars® 2020.

  • Khanda Byambadorj

    Development

    Khanda is one of the distinguished judges of Miss Asia USA 2022-2023. Khanda is the founder and producer of Miss Hollywood Mongolia 2018. She is a distinguished judge of Miss Asia USA.

    In 2009, as Mrs. Asia USA title holder, she used the honor of her title to assist and promote the Asian community in the USA.

    She worked as a stage movement instructor at the State Cultural University of Mongolia. She also attended the Hochshule der Kuenste in Berlin, Germany, where she specialized in stage fencing.

    Khanda majored and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Actress of Performing Arts and Motion Pictures at the University of Arts in Kharkov, Ukraine.

  • Ashish Shah

    Producer

    Ashish Shah is an award-winning documentary film director and producer from India. He directed several award-winning documentaries and wildlife films.

    Fascinated with the process of making films, he completed his master's in Visual effects from the Prestigious NCCA (National Center for Computer Animation) at Bournemouth University in the UK.He did a stint with several visual effects, such as Axis Animations, Jellyfish Pictures, Prime Focus Films, and Base Black; working on several: Commercials, movies, and tv shows.

    The Industry quickly recognized his quick, adaptive, and innovative approach. The Foundry invited him to deliver lectures at Visual Effects Society, London, and train visual effects artists. He has trained artists in various studios like R & h, MPC, and Dream Works, to name a few.

  • Christine Joy "Cj" Palorma

    Media Manager

    Cj Palorma is a content creator and a producer based in the Philippines. She has worked in a variety of broadcast genres including TV, Film, and online.

    She graduated as a top scholar under the United Movie Workers of the Philippines. Currently she’s been creating online contents and Ads while pursuing her passion in film and video production.

    Her strong dedication to producing contents and video production makes her always eager to learn new things along with being grateful to share her creativity not just in her home country but also in the other parts of the world.

    Nelson Blanco is a California native born to immigrant parents from El Salvador and Cuba. Raised in Central America at a young age learned to be self driven and motivated, these attributes he still carries and applies them in any project presented to him. A very personable and approachable person that lives a very active lifestyle.

  • Julie Thoummavong

    Project Manager + Development

    Julie Thoummavong a headstrong actress, black belt martial artist, fitness guru and a chef born in a refugee camp in Thailand. She studied acting in some of the best schools in Chicago and Los Angeles. Always hungry for a good challenge, she is constantly striving for excellence and dedicates herself fully to every project she puts her hands on. Julie's driven strong work ethic, persistence and her no fear attitude bring success to everything she works on.

    Nadira Akhonova is an Emmy Award winning producer for the Vice TV series "Genetic Passport” and a Telly Award winning Bloomberg documentary “My Kazakhstan”. She has worked extensively with Vice TV and HBO in her homeland of Kazakhstan while working in and establishing strong production connections throughout Central Asia, North America, The Near East and India.
